At present, Little Broderie does not accept head and hair accessory returns and does not provide full refunds. By purchasing from Little Broderie, you agree to these conditions.
Little Broderie intends to deliver only high-quality accessories and intensive quality checks are made before delivery with Aramex. At the moment, this little business does not have the capital capacity to accommodate full refunds and all returns yet.
Should your goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact us through our website immediately. Should you find "damage" after inspection, you waive the right to request an exchange. Any special refund amounts will be net of delivery and return costs (R200). All damage conducted after the inspection of goods after arrival is the responsibility of the consumer.
